After structual issues stopped the progress of the shell building we stepped into this project to complete a mixed use building with 5 commercial retail spaces, an underground parking garage, and 22 high end condo units on three floors.
Zoso Building

During the buildout of a commercial space we developed a working relationship with the Zoso Building's management who then brought us in to troubleshoot electrical issues and support new installations.
